We started selling small lathes and multipurpose machines in 2002. On our current - third generation - website we offer more than 200 machines for metal- and woodworking and the product range is still expanding, especially for CNC machines. The current range of machines and accessories is only an extract from our complete supply program. Thanks to our direct contact to the manufacturers we can supply much more products in all categories.

Beside the sales we also assure guarantee- and over-guarantee repairs in our well-equipped workshop. About the capabilities of this workshop you may read more in the introduction of Ferrobi Ltd., see below.

Except of some very rare cases we import every machine solely on customers' orders. This means an average lead time of 3-4 months from ordering.  We do not run any showroom for our products and instead of deferred payment we ask for pre-financing from our customers. In return we grant favorable prices, tailor-made contractual conditions, reliable commercial/technical background and for some machines the possibility to check them in our customers' workshops.

FERROBI Ltd. was established in January, 2001. Owners are in 50 - 50% Gábor Mercz  mechanical technician and Zsolt Mercz maintenance engineer.

The core business of FERROBI Ltd. is machining of small and medium series of products and manufacturing of special machine parts.

Our yearly capacity for turning up to 2000 mm length and max. 630 mm diameter is 6000 hours, for milling in 600 x 300 x 300 mm dimensions - 2000 hours. For horizontal milling in  800 x 800 x 1000 mm dimensions - 2000 hours. For assembly and steel construction works - 4000 hours.

We have excellent access to high serial automatic revolver-lathe capacities and to precision die-casting capacities.
